To complete the pre-approval process, we need the following
information faxed to our mortgage department at 908-719-3860:
- Copy
of your most recent pay stubs covering one complete month
- If
you have a Work-Visa or Green Card, please provide a copy
- Last
two year's W2 tax statements OR copies of 1099s. If you are
self-employed, on a commissioned salary or own a business,
please include a copy of your last two years personal and, if
applicable, business tax returns along with a current year to
date Profit & Loss statement
Have
the following information available when completing your mortgage
pre-approval form:
- Complete
the section marked "Assets" with all assets being used
for the down payment, closing costs and reserves
- Approximate
property tax of new property
- Condo/Townhouse
association dues of new property
- Balances
of existing mortgages and home equity loans
- Balances
and institutions for your assets, such as savings accounts,
checking accounts, mutual funds, stocks, bonds, etc.
- Balances
and institutions for your debts, such as credit cards, education
loans, savings plan loans, etc.
