Applying for a mortgage with HLR is affordable. In fact, when you close your mortgage with us, we will credit your $275 application fee towards your closing costs. When you apply online, you can give us authorization to take the funds out of your HLR account, drop it off at a branch or send it to us by express delivery with your documentation. If mailing your application, include a check or payment authorization with the kit.  To apply, make your choice from the options below:

Option 1    

Complete the secure online mortgage application.  The form will be automatically uploaded into our system and reviewed by one of our Mortgage Representatives.  The representative will then telephone you within 48 hours to review the status of your application and let you know whether we need any additional information.  This online form is the fastest way to start the process.

Option 2

Submit a request for a mortgage kit which will be sent to you by mail.
